Your Info is Yours. If you call me, text me, email me, or fill out a form on my site looking for a house, I get your info. Your name, number, email, what you’re looking for, and your budget. That’s it. I need that to do my job and find you a home.

I Don’t Sell Your Sh*t. I’m not in the business of selling contact lists. I’m in the business of selling houses. I don’t give your name, number, or email to some marketing company. That’s weak. The only people who might see your info are the ones who need to see it to get the deal done – like the title company, the bank’s guy, or the home inspector. And that’s only if we’re actually working together on a deal.

I keep it locked. Your info goes into my phone, my computer, and my professional CRM (that’s a customer system). They’re all password-protected. I’m not some rookie; I’ve been doing this for 12 years. I know how to keep things professional and secure.

This Website Tracks Basic Stuff. Like every website, mine sees some basic things when you visit: what kind of device you’re on, which pages you look at, and how you found me (like Google or Facebook). It helps me know if people are looking for tiny homes in Texas or modular homes in Maine. No creepy spy stuff.

You’re in Control. You told me you want a 3-bedroom modular home in Florida? Changed your mind and now want a tiny home in Colorado? Just tell me. I’ll update it. Don’t want my market update emails anymore? Hit ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom. It’s that easy. Want me to delete your contact? Ask me. (I might have to keep some stuff if we signed a contract – legal stuff, you know how it is).
